LINEAPELLE 2026: research, connections and suplly chain culture

LINEAPELLE 2026: research, connections and suplly chain culture

From 15th to 17th September, Limonta Accessories took part in Lineapelle 2026, presenting its new collections for the accessories sector, from footwear to leather goods and luggage.

At the heart of the exhibition space, aesthetic research and technological innovation explored the many expressive possibilities of textiles. Among the new developments were nylon jacquards featuring photographic patterns, where imagery and textile technology come together to create surfaces with an unexpected visual impact. Research into the “malunito” effect was developed across different bases and constructions, using specific treatments and resin finishes to create irregularities, faded effects and controlled colour variations, turning apparent imperfection into a distinctive aesthetic feature.

Alongside experimentation, jacquard, a longstanding part of the Division’s manufacturing heritage, was reinterpreted through a broad range of patterns, including different variations of tartan. A combination of techniques, finishes and materials gives shape to a diverse collection designed to meet the creative and technical demands of today’s market.

The collections are the result of research driven by an ongoing dialogue between different areas of expertise, technologies and divisions. The exchange of know-how enables techniques and manufacturing solutions to be transferred and reinterpreted in new contexts, turning internal synergies into a tangible driver of innovation.

During Lineapelle, Limonta also took part in ”InsideOut”, the talk organized by C.L.A.S.S. and dedicated to transparency and the value of the supply chain. It reflected Limonta’s broader vision, where research, quality, sustainability and transparency come together within a shared system that recognizes and enhances the contribution and expertise of every part of the organization.
